Custom CRM Development and Cloud Migration for JLL
JLL has partnered with Ascendix since 2010 for CRM consulting and custom software development services. However, the company wanted to increase team productivity and provide their brokers with an even more efficient digital solution to handle daily activities in a simple and quick way.
Many JLL brokers found Dynamics 365 too complicated for daily usage. They needed a simple tool to enter their search criteria and then get the expected result. Also, Dynamics 365 lacked the functionality to track Properties, Leases, Sales, Listings, and other essentials for their business data.
As a result, Ascendix helped JLL improve their CRM adoption by six times and integrate real estate information into their system, so they could track properties, leases, sales, and other objects in a fast and easy way with our powerful SmartClient web application.
MarketSpace Property Listing Portal Development
MarketSpace is an advanced property listing tool which empowers brokers with high promotion and sales opportunities and brings the communication process with leads and clients to a new level.
At Ascendix, we decided to build an effective marketing and sales tool that will provide brokers with the ability to promote and vend properties and bring leads to secure deal rooms to enhance communication and get rid of unnecessary email chains and email attachments.
We introduced MarketSpace in 2020 to equip brokers with an advanced tool to promote and sell their properties and bring the communication with their customers and leads to the next level.
The MarketSpace is built using our proprietary platform and also integrates with Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
We keep adding new features and now market this app as a part of our AscendixRE product.

With a help of shuttle transportation apps developed by Ascendix, Flibco.com customers can book online or over the phone a private or shared shuttle minibus to get from their home or the nearest bus stop to any airport and vice versa.
Flibco.com bus drivers use a single app to:
- Print tickets, receipts, and invoices thanks to EPOS thermal printing.
- Get real-time data about traffic and time estimation to group separate orders via TomTom services integration.
- Get customers’ addresses and plan trips more precisely with Google Maps integration.
Also, we developed their website using Drupal CMS so now their team has a convenient content management system and robust performance analytics.

Security model redesign and AWS infrastructure improvement for LMS system
The client is one of the leading LMS systems in the US with over 300+ customers having hundreds of active users. Initially, the platform was built for teachers to build exams and assessments for their students. Then the project was pivoted: fully rethought and adjusted for the first paid enterprise-level client.
The client's software platform is utilized across a range of organizational areas such as learning and training, survey research, human resources, leadership, corporate strategy, marketing, and content licensing and delivery.
The client initially contacted us to help improve its security model and reduce infrastructure costs. After a project discovery phase, we have prepared a list of technical issues and technology solutions that would help solve them.
